Audi Immobilien Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of the Audi Immogroup, which specialises in real estate and service management. Real Estate Management is divided into two key real estate management areas. Buildings are planned and built in construction and project management, whereas in technical and commercial property management we are responsible for the operation and maintenance of buildings. Due to our extensive expertise, buildings can be fully supervised from planning to operation. Another major and important subject area is IT and data protection. In the field of service management, all the central functions necessary in the AIS are located in order to achieve the operating business. The main tasks are personnel and central control services, accounting and tax services, purchasing & procurement and controlling.

Planning and monitoring of the execution of construction, maintenance and maintenance measures taking into account legal requirements and standards Organisational activities such as acquisition of offers and cost estimation in the field of maintenance Implementation of the offer assessment of foreign companies with regard to plausibility Control and monitoring of external service providers Quality control of the performed maintenance and maintenance measures and participation in the acceptance of services and structures Takeover of tasks from operator responsibility Independent processing of orders from the FM system First contact for users of the buildings

Successfully completed technical training in HKLS Knowledge of technical regulations and directives Routined handling of MS Office Precise and analytical methods Reliability, flexibility and organizational skills Communication strength and team capacity
