Specialist Coordinator Customer Center (m/f/d)

You support your leadership in technical terms with regard to professionally high-quality operational implementation of activities, topics and issues. You support employees in the team in complex technical questions and continuous knowledge transfer/transmission. Own responsibility and in high quality organize your tasks. Together with your team, you work on the achievement of the goal. You work constructively, in partnership and trustingly with colleagues. You ensure the quality of their own work results and that of the team You support your leadership in regular exchange with the team at work levels, target achievement and, if necessary, residues. You cooperate in the day-to-day operating business and process complex, isolated facts or Special cases (e.g. contradictions). You are the first contact person in the team for technical problems and technical questions. You carry out case reviews in the team and create, in the case of more complex issues, processing instructions for the employees or test them. Ensuring an AOK district director of internal specialist networking, professional coordination and participation in corresponding exchange formats is one of your tasks. You prepare individual case decisions for your manager, prepare decisions and lead them.

You have completed training for the social security specialist or supplementary qualification (e.g. AOK expert/in). Alternatively, you have completed training and ideally have a further professional qualification as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in statutory health insurance with a focus on the area to be occupied. You have also distinguished yourself by special commitment and appropriation of specialist knowledge. You are ready to develop. Ideally, you have professional and work pedagogical knowledge (e.g. a training certificate). From yourself, you can see situations that make a quick decision necessary. You enter customer and market requirements and implement them in customer solutions. You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive. Customer relationships make you aware, active and positive. In challenging situations, you will be able to prove yourself resilient and successfully complete tasks. You promote awareness of sustainable healthcare.
