The Bikeleasing Group has developed into one of the leading groups of companies for employers' fitness and mobility solutions. It includes five specialised companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance providers, as well as dealers for refurbished bikes. As a Digital Product Manager (gn), you play a central role in a newly created team under the leadership of the Head of Digital Product Management. In this function, you are responsible for the project management of digital projects for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria and thus contribute significantly to a modern, efficient and customer-oriented product landscape. Analyzing the needs and challenges of our B2B and B2C customers and taking targeted measures to improve the user experience Along the customer journey, you will explore the behaviour of our customers, perform competitive and market analyses and identify technological best practices that you use to further develop our insurance and service products You develop new product features, optimize existing processes and ensure efficient, smoothly usable product landscape From conception to development to go-live, you plan, control and coordinate digital projects The Stakeholder Management takes on an active role in bringing together the different interests from sales, product, IT, operations and management in a targeted manner You play an active role in stakeholder management and make sure that different interests from sales, product, IT, operations and management are targeted. A completed study with a technical or economic orientation (e.g. economics, business informatics, economic engineering or comparable courses) forms the basis for this role A master's degree or a comparable further qualification is advantageous here A strong analytical and strategic understanding – ideally complemented by experience in a dynamic, growing business environment – helps you quickly capture complex relationships High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to work quickly into digital products and processes, to question them critically and to prepare them in a comprehensible way, are the key to A structured and precise operation as well as a strong quality and detail awareness are essential German and fluent English skills complete your profile
