• Implementation of metallography studies to evaluate the microstructure and material properties
• Implementation of crack testing methods and penetration tests for fault detection
• Planning, execution and evaluation of mechanical, thermal and chemical tests
• Identification of material defects and wear conditions using microscopic analyses
• Development and optimization of test methods for material characterization
• Creation of reports and documentation of the analysis results

Your qualifications:

• Completed training for the material tester:in or comparable
• Experience in metallography and material analysis
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods such as magnetic powder testing, ultrasound testing and chemical analysis
• Experience with crack test methods and penetration tests
• Clear and structured communication of technical results
• Very good German and good English skills
