Your tasks:

• Development and responsibility of the overall concept for electrical testing of power electronics products
• Selection of suitable test procedures and design, procurement and approval of the test equipment
• Start-up and introduction of the test equipment in the series process
• Contact for production and testing engineering in series production
• Responsibility for optimisation and strategic development of the system platform
• Defining work packages and coordination with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
• Identification, analysis and introduction of new testing technologies taking into account long-term project objectives
• Representation of ÄDesign for Testability – (DFT) Measures in the Project
• Training of users and testers as well as specification of subcontractors

Your qualification:

• Complete study of electrical engineering (at least 4 years), focus on power electronics desirable
• Engineer/electrical power with experience in electrical design
• Experience in series production and series testing
• Knowledge of how to use NI LabView, LabView Real-Time, PXI/Sbrio and current detection up to 1000A desirable
• Multiannual professional experience in the development or testing of power electronics
• Knowledge of circuit and measurement technology, manufacturing and PLM processes
• Experience in automation technology and drivetrain (CU, inverter, motor) of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German or English
