As a cross-comer with leadership experience (m/w/d), you take responsibility, lead a team and make sure that our customers receive their deliveries on time. Don't worry, you don't need a logistics background – we have your leadership skills, innovative ideas and your urge to drive things forward. You're packing up and actively supporting our new depot. You support your team leaders in managing teams from drivers. You make sure that KPIs are achieved like customer satisfaction, faultless deliveries and additional sales. You guide projects that make your depot more efficient and customer-friendly. You guarantee that all deliveries will be made on time and in accordance with the Coolblue promise. You recognize when additional resources are needed for growth at an early stage. You ask for compliance with safety standards. From time to time you have a round of table tennis with the team.

Experiences as leadership – no matter what industry. You know how to achieve goals and don't let KPIs intimidate you. You live in or around Stuttgart and want a dynamic role. You constantly have new ideas on how to make things better and more efficient. Experience in Last Mile Delivery or Lean Methods? Cool, but no need. You speak German and English fluently and do not hesitate to look past Saturdays or early shifts.
