System Developer SAP Business Partner (m/f/d)

You develop and operate solutions around the SAP Business Partner in the SAP S/4HANA environment and provide stable, performant and secure partner data processes. In the further development of the SAP Business Partner as a central component for partner and master data processes, you actively participate and support the connection of professional roles such as debitor and creditor. The design, implementation and operation of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and Non-SAP systems are one of your tasks, as well as the development of modern integration patterns via REST APIs, Kafka/Event Streaming and SAP BTP. You implement requirements in the agile team – from analysis and user story to technical design, development and test automation to deployment and stable operation (“You build it, you run it”). IT security, data protection and compliance requirements are taken into account by you in all phases of development, ensuring their effective implementation (Security by Design, Permissions, Logging). Disorders and performance issues in operation are analyzed by you to derive sustainable improvements and support monitoring, logging and troubleshooting in the SAP and integration environment.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, engineering or comparable training in IT or corresponding professional experience. Multiannual experience as SAP developer in the S/4HANA environment with safe handling in ABAP/ABAP OO, Open SQL and object-oriented concepts. Basic understanding of S/4HANA and HANA specifics (CDS views, new data model, performance principles). Experience with typical SAP expansion and integration mechanisms (BAdIs, User Exits, OData, BAPIs, IDocs) as well as basic knowledge in REST/JSON and event-based integration (e.g. Kafka). First or deepened experience with SAP BTP and cloud topics (integration of non-sAP systems, side-by-side extensions, security foundations). Good knowledge in the SAP Business Partner or FS-BP environment (table structure, role logic, relationships, bank connections) and understanding of the key partner roles at R+V (e.g. sales partner, creditor/debitor, employee, contract partner). Safe handling of basic software engineering and DevSecOps practices (Clean Code, Tests, Version Management, Monitoring) as well as work in agile, cross-functional teams. Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2–C1).
