Social Worker/Social Educator/Special Education Teacher, Social Psychiatric Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for the Office Health: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) EG S 14 TVöD/VKA | unlimited parttime with 32.5 hours per week Your task:

• accompany, advise and consult people with chronic mental disorders and dependency diseases at their place of residence and plan and initiate social, medical and professional rehabilitation procedures
• Crisis intervention in case of personal and foreign risk and outpatient crisis management
• Protection measures after the Nds. Assessment of the PsychKG and, if necessary, launch
• assess the conditions of legal assistance and encourage them if necessary
• Accompanying, clarifying and supporting clients
• document client-related activities and participate in case meetings and commissions
• plan, coordinate and implement comprehensive regional supply networks, as well as perform public relations in the form of prevention and information

Your qualification:

• a completed degree (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of Social Work/Social Pedagogy with State Recognition as Social Pedagogy/Social Worker (m/w/d) or
• a completed study (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of medical education with state recognition as a medical education (m/w/d) or
• a completed study (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of pedagogy/education/ childhood education with multiannual professional experience as a social pedagogue/social worker (m/w/d)

In addition, bring:

• special sensitivity to the concerns of the affected persons
• knowledge of psychiatric illness and crisis intervention as well as additional training in common mental hospitals are desired
• Class B driver's license and the willingness to make your own car for service trips against compensation after the Nds. Use the travel cost regulation
• German knowledge at level C1
• a non-contributory extended guidance certificate (submission only after approval)
