Integration of new applications and technologies into the existing IT infrastructure Implementation of system tests and identification and elimination of problems during operation Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations Participation in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and solutions Cooperation with external service providers and suppliers to optimise our IT services Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and network management Analysis and correction of errors in hardware and software components Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects Organisation and implementation of training and technical support for end users Documentation of system configurations and processes Monitoring, analysis and optimization of system performance. Support our teams to use Microsoft M365 Development and application of scripts in PowerShell or Python for process automation

Complete training in the field of technical informatics for system integration or a comparable qualification Experience in supporting Microsoft server and client infrastructures Practical experiences with relational databases and SQL (preferably Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server) abilities in script programming with PowerShell or Python desirable Knowledge of network technologies, operating systems, databases and application integration Good problem solving skills and analytical thinking Teamability and good communication skills Self-employed and structured work
