In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a personnel consultant (m/w/d) at the Demmin site at the next possible time.

You create personal documents such as work, change contracts, agreements and certificates. You accompany the recruitment process administratively and work closely with our recruiting and our HR Business partners. You will create the operating interface to the HR Shared Service Center and ensure smooth running. You support executives and employees in matters relating to flexible working time models and family-related absences, such as parental periods or part-time arrangements. You actively participate in onboarding for new colleagues. You actively contribute to HR projects or take special tasks with a view to modern personal processes.

You have a successful conclusion to the farmer/farmer, ideally with the orientation staff and already has experience in the field of activity. With the PC standard applications you know well and the IT System SAP is not a foreign word for you. At your daily work, you focus on the needs of our customers. You take the initiative and actively promote our topics without losing sight of the essentials.
