Participation in Sales & Operations Planning – Process for ensuring a coordinated and demand-oriented production planning Creation and maintenance of production plans at rough, medium and fine planning levels taking into account capacities, delivery times and requirements Coordination and optimization of production capacities in close cooperation with relevant interfaces such as production, purchasing and sales Support in the determination of material consumption/requirements to ensure a timely supply of material and to avoid production bottlenecks Continuous analysis and improvement of planning processes, including identification of bottlenecks and development of measures to increase efficiency Creation of reports and key figures for production control and capacity utilization

Technical or business studies in the field of economic engineering, production technology, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Ideally, at least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, preferably in the regulated environment, such as medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive Safe handling of ERP systems and sound knowledge in planning tools Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Structured and analytical approach, pronounced communication skills and team orientation
