Establishment of personnel development within the SCHIESSER HR organisation Determining training needs by evaluating employee surveys & -dialogs Creation of career & development plans Building a succession planning within the SCHIESSER organization Building an internal training offering with the involvement of existing personnel development & learning tools in close cooperation with our parent company Delta Building an Internal Junior Leadership & Mentoring Program Building an External Trainer & Coaching Network Organisation, implementation, monitoring & reporting of training measures internally and externally Budget control and cost responsibility including audits Takeover of training responsibility for all trainees

Studies in psychology, pedagogy or comparable training with a focus on learning & personnel development Training Appraisal & Leadership Skills Multiannual professional experience in personnel development Ideally coaching &/ or trainer training Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Power Point, Word & Excel German and English skills
