Internship - Operational and Strategic HR Processes

You gain exciting insights into the operational and strategic HR processes. You support our team in particular in the following areas: Support of the ''Zeitwirtschaft'' team in operational daily business Independent processing and clarification of enquiries on topics of the time economy via our hotline and function mailbox Preparation and preparation of evaluations and presentations for different stakeholders Implementation of deviation analyses and support in deriving recommendations Administrative support in the context of job evaluations and organisational personnel processes Research and preparation of current HR and Compensation topics, for example for the remuneration transparency directive or other legal and collective developments Working with projects and process optimization in the HR environment

We are looking for an intern (m/w/divers) from September 2026 for approx. 6 months at the specialist center of the local personnel department.
