You are the first point of contact for participants and trainers and help them with all questions about the organization and implementation of our trainings

You participate in the development and control of global qualification programs and support us in the areas of quality assurance and process optimization

You learn to work with AI agents and help simplify processes and design digital solutions to support everyday work

You support our team in exciting, partly longer-term projects to further develop training opportunities and improve internal processes

You have the opportunity to actively participate in future-oriented topics in the course of HR transformation

You support the administration of courses and events in the Learning Management System and gain valuable insights into operational training management

The activity can begin from August 2026.

You study BWL, media communication sciences, business informatics, pedagogy, economic psychology or a comparable course of study Practical experience in personnel development, digital projects or project management are advantageous You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have good digital knowledge (MS-Office) and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely You score through a pronounced communication strength and excellent organizational skills

Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
