In our 18-month trainee program, we will specifically qualify you for the role as a specialist buyer (w/m/d) in the public sector. You acquire sound knowledge of procurement law, strategic and operational procurement, as well as professional negotiation management, and gradually take responsibility for their own procurement procedures. After successful completion of the trainee program, you will be employed as a specialist buyer (w/m/d) in the department. You support our specialist buyers (w/m/d) in the implementation of complex procurement procedures and take part in the entire procurement process. With increasing expertise, you increasingly take responsibility for the independent implementation of procurement procedures and work closely with your leadership. You identify and analyze relevant topics, derive action fields from them and continue to process them independently. Your results are prepared in a structured manner in evaluations and presentations. You take part in further education and continuously develop their expertise. By sharing with your manager, your mentor (w/m/d) and the departments, you will get to know the company structures and link your expertise to the practical application.

You have a successfully completed economic studies (e.g. BWL, economic law or business informatics), a degree in economic engineering or a comparable degree. Ideally you bring first professional experience or Internships or working students in purchasing with. You are motivated to continuously develop your professional knowledge and personal and social skills within the framework of a trainee program. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP (especially in shopping modules) as well as a safe handling of MS Office applications. As part of your studies, you have applied presentation techniques and ideally acquired first knowledge in negotiation techniques. You have good expressive and rhetoric skills as well as knowledge of German at least at language level B2. You have a class B licence.
