Heat and operating cost accounting clerk (m/f/d)

You set up independent heat and operating costs bills as well as tenant electricity bills according to contractual agreements and legal requirements You check invoices on their transferability and plead our master data You are a contact person for our customers and supports our external service in case of questions You ensure compliance with our quality standards and continuously optimize our billing processes

You have a completed commercial vocational training, ideally in real estate or accounting Ideally, you have already gained experience with a billing service provider or in the production of operating expenses (e.g. house management or similar) You have a strong understanding of numbers and a basic technical knowledge You have good knowledge of MS Office applications You sign up by a friendly and binding appearance in telephone and written contact with customers You have a quick understanding and are always very independent in your structured and careful way of working.
