Your tasks include the responsibility for purchasing parts as well as ensuring a timely supply of materials taking into account defined inventory objectives in close cooperation with purchasing, manufacturing, sales and suppliers. Furthermore, you control and responsible for the essential processes of demand determination, inventory monitoring, ordering, order monitoring and receipt control. In addition, you define MRP parameters in the material master files, maintain them and monitor stocks including minimum stockpile, security stocks and additional requirements. In addition, generate and monitor automatic and manual ordering requirements, pre-delivery and delivery calls and track order confirmations as well as promised delivery dates. In addition, you will participate in the change process, support the in- and out-going planning of purchase parts and initiate cross-country orders. You ensure the demand and timely supply of production, support inventory and decide on scrapping or recovery of surpluses. Furthermore, you create material demand forecasts, develop strategic stocking concepts and define orderless and quantities based on production requirements. In addition, you take over conflict management in delivery difficulties, identify procurement-relevant potentials and risks and control complex material flows in the ERP system. In addition, you are coordinating cases of clarification across the project, representing the interests of purchasing and logistics and responsible for project-related material control strategies as well as inventory optimization measures. You plan and coordinate supply chains across locations and subsidiaries and actively contribute to the optimization of daily business processes and MRP systems.

You have a completed university degree, a commercial training or several years of professional experience in disposition or purchasing. In addition, you control the common MRP and control procedures including the relevant parameters. Your analytical thinking skills as well as your strong coordination and organizational talent are yours. You also have very good SAP skills. Good IT skills, especially in MS Office, complement your profile. You like to work in the team and convince by a clear and targeted communication. Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing. Your profile is rounded off by a structured, reliable and independent way of working.
