Group Leader IT Training (m/f/d)

Your mission: IT training with real impact In our IT Support & User Services department, the IT Training team is responsible for the qualification of our asset advisors in dealing with a complex and dynamic IT system landscape. As a group management IT Training (m/w/d), you take a key role in the digital transformation of our sales: You develop modern IT training, strengthen the digital competence of our users and ensure that our tools are used efficiently in everyday life. Team management & personnel development Further development of the IT Training group – both strategic (e.g. orientation, topics, future of learning formats) and content (quality, content, methods) Professional and disciplinary leadership of an IT training team (internal & external) Development of your employees through feedback talks and targeted, constructive development impulses Building a strong team culture with a focus on cooperation, further development and self-responsibility IT Training & Training Management Planning, design and control of IT training, training, seminars and webinars Configuring complex IT topics as practical, understandable learning content Development of learning formats Ensuring high educational quality and sustainable learning success Continuous adaptation of training content to new IT systems, software solutions and sales requirements Market observation and trend screening for continuous further development Interface Management & Cooperation Close coordination with interfaces Ensuring a strong practical relationship in everyday sales Translation of requirements into targeted training concepts

Experience in IT Training & Learning Multiannual experience in the implementation and design of IT training, training or further training programs Target group understanding Experience in the qualification of sales staff Didactics and Learning Methods Knowledge of didactics, adult education, learning psychology or e-learning Management experience Experience as team management, group management or leadership (internal or external) Communication and working methods Impressed communication strength and ability to easily convey complex content Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
