You follow strategic initiatives, measure progress and monitor relevant milestones. In addition, you will set up business plans, scenario analyses and sound decision templates for management. You prepare management reports, market analyses and internal benchmarks and thus support the optimization of our business areas. Supporting M&A processes as well as working with due diligence activities are also your responsibility. You build financial planning models, develop them further and analyze deviations. In exchange with management, HR, accounting and external partners such as auditors or banks, you act as an important interface for controlling analyses. You prepare management and shareholder meetings structured before and after – including agenda, documents and protocol management. Cross-departmental projects and special topics are coordinated independently and with a clear view of priorities. In case of short-term business questions, you will deliver sound analyses and concrete recommendations for the management. Your task will be complemented by the accompaniment of new building projects of own real estate with commercial and strategic views.

You have a completed degree in the field of business management, management or a comparable discipline – as an alternative to a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Ideally you bring experience in company development, controlling and project management. A high affinity for numbers, key figures and business relationships is what distinguishes you. You analyze complex information securely and prepare it structured and understandable. You work independently, bindingly and solution-oriented and keep track of ad hoc topics. High loyalty, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information are of course for you. Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, completes your profile.
