IT Application Owner PLM (m/f/d)

Digital processes, technical solutions and close cooperation with the departments are exactly your topic? In this position, you are responsible for the further development of our PLM system and, together with design, work preparation, sales and service, design modern digital processes along the product life cycle. In doing so, you combine process understanding, application care and technical development to practical solutions with real added value. Support, administration and continuous development of our PLM system (CONTACT Elements) as well as other business applications Analysis, optimization and digitization of processes in the fields of construction, unit list management, change, document management and service Development and adaptation of workflows, extensions and interfaces with Python as well as care and development of existing applications Support and further development of the integrations between PLM, ERP system (PSIpenta), Salesforce and Innosoft Service Management Recording, evaluation and implementation of requirements from the departments in close cooperation with key users and process managers Coordination of software manufacturers and external service providers in support cases, updates and developments Planning, implementation and monitoring of tests, releases, trainings and system implementations Support for the development of automation and the introduction of innovative digital solutions and AI-based applications

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, economic engineering, mechanical engineering with IT focus or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the care, development or implementation of PLM, ERP or comparable business applications Knowledge of engineering processes such as listing, document and change management Practical experience in Python as well as knowledge in SQL, REST APIs and version management (Git) Ideally experience with CONTACT Elements, Salesforce or Service Management Solutions Embossed process understanding and the ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions Structured, self-responsibility and high consulting competence Very good German knowledge and good English skills
