As a full-time production employee (m/w/d), you take practical activities in an environment with clear processes, high hygiene requirements and solid quality standards. The position is aimed at reliable people who like to pack up and feel comfortable in shift operation.

• You help to operate and monitor simple production processes.
• Materials and goods You prepare, guide them and process them in the ongoing process.
• Quality and hygiene standards are used consistently and work cleanly and carefully.
• Small visual checks and simple checks are also part of your daily work.
• Work steps and results can be documented reliably according to the specified processes.
• With order and cleanliness in the work area, you actively participate to ensure that production runs smoothly.
• The work in the layer system is done with the necessary flexibility and durability.

We are looking for

A reliable profile for production is sought, which works conscientiously and is physically resilient. For the position as a production employee (m/w/d), you do not need completed training; Motivation, sense of responsibility and willingness to work according to clear requirements are crucial.

• Professional experience is beneficial, cross-comers are welcome.
• Experience in production, production or a similar working environment is helpful.
• You bring shift readiness and you can adjust to changing working hours.
• You work focussed, carefully and reliably maintain prescribed hygiene rules.
• Elasticity as well as a practical, packaging working style support you in everyday work.
• The working time is provided in full time.
• Layer models are used to this, so flexibility is an important plus.
