In this function, you take over the management of finance, controlling, customer support and purchasing and are part of the management team of the company.

Location: Mayen, Koblenz, Andernach, Bonn

Management and strategic further development of the commercial departments Finance, Controlling, Customer Support and Purchasing structuring and optimising the already highly digitized processes in commercial areas Individual development and leadership of the directly leading employees Monitoring and further development of reporting from the respective areas of responsibility and direct reporting to management as a member of the management team Development of key figures as a basis for decision-making for management, planning and achieving corporate objectives Ensuring the necessary commercial care in all contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers

Business studies or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized production company Very good knowledge of finance, controlling, customer support and purchasing Experience in leadership of teams, implementation of change processes and export business High analyseability, number affinity and digitization competence Impressed decision strength and result orientation Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
