Quality Manager - QMS / GMP / ISO 9001 (m/f/d)

You run and run the departments Quality Control, Quality Assurance & SHE responsible You bear the overall responsibility for the quality management system (QMS) according to GMP and ISO requirements You create and communicate reports, analyses and statistics You ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements regarding occupational safety, health and the environment You specify the quality requirements, derive test plans for raw materials and manufactured products and monitor them in all production stages You analyze, develop and optimize complaint processing to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency You accompany external audits and conduct internal audits within the framework of Quality & SHE You provide GMP and FDA-compliant documentation (SOPs, work instructions, test plans etc.) You identify quality deficits, conduct structured causes analyses and implement suitable measures in quality problems and customer complaints You control deviation, CAPA and change control processes You work closely with production, technology, development and supply chain to promote a zero-error culture

You have completed university studies in the field of plastics engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology or at least one technician training or comparable qualification You have professional experience in quality management within an internationally operating production company, preferably in the field of film production and/or finishing You have leadership experience and competence in employee development and team leadership You have profound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO14001, ISO 22000 and GMP You have professional experience in the fields of occupational safety, health and environmental protection and knowledge in HACCP are beneficial You are routined in handling MS Office software and have SAP knowledge You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have an analytical mindset and a conceptual way of working You have experiences in project and change management You have a pronounced moderation capability and communication strength You show a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility
