Reference staff (m/w/d)

The position is limited to one year in the context of a parental leave office – with option for extension.

Full support for a defined group of employees along the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding

Contact person*in for executives and employees in all personal topics

Implementation of personnel changes in contracts, additional agreements and in the preparation of wage and salary accounting

Management of Benefits such as occupational retirement, bike leasing & Co.

Optimization and further development of digital HR processes

Working with internal HR teams to unify processes

Possibility to guide own HR projects and introduce them creatively

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on staff

Professional experience in employee care from entry to exit

Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law

Communication strength and team capacity

Self-employed, organised and solution-oriented work

Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Teams etc.)

Very good knowledge of German and English
