Office Manager (m/f/d)

As an organizational designer, you are looking for a smooth everyday office and a positive working atmosphere. You live the service idea and you like to work in a team. You will be involved in various tasks such as event planning, health management, spatial planning and design, etc. You'll be launching projects in your own initiative to make the Office even more professional and efficient.

You have completed experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail and/or commercial training. Also desirable would be experience in organizing events, as well as knowledge in inventory, goods management and shipping. An independent, structured and conscientious procedure is in your nature. You bring first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people. You have very good knowledge of German and good English and have an experienced handling of MS Office applications.
