Butcher / butcher – traditional craft full-time (m/f/d)

Handicraft processing: Professional dismantling and finishing of meat and sausage products (wild, horse, pig) with the highest quality standards. Goods presentation: Contacting design and fitting of our sales and SB areas. Hygiene & Security: Consistent compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP) and co-responsibility for the cleaning and disinfection of the production areas. Customer focus: Competent consulting of our customers as well as operation of the cash register and computer systems. Logistics: Support for goods acceptance, storage, inventory control and occasional extradition journeys to gastronomy customers.

Qualification: Complete training as a butcher, meatmaker, cook or in a related profession of food craft. Experience: Finding knowledge of meat decomposition and a high degree of quality awareness and care. Soft Skills: team skills, commitment as well as a friendly and well-kept appearance in customer contact. Language knowledge: Good German skills are required for internal coordination and customer advice. Mobility: Class B valid driving licence (up to 3.5 t) for occasional delivery.

Planable working hours: You work from Monday to Friday. Leisure-Plus: Due to the early start of work between 5:00 - 6:00 you have a timely evening.
