The “money laundering and fraud prevention” team is responsible for the strategic and methodological orientation of the money laundering prevention within the BMW Bank and is also the pivotal and central point of the operational case management and in cooperation with law enforcement authorities and regulatory authorities.

What do you expect? A diverse and varied theme between regulatory and operational issues. Implementation and further development of monetary-laundering and documentation. Creation of money laundering credentials. Detection of new legal requirements and derivation of corresponding implementation requirements. Creation and further development of risk analysis, the activity report of the money laundering officer and the quarterly reporting to the management. Working in the project to implement the 6th EU Money Laundering Regulation. Accompanying the agile functioning and transformation within the department.

What are you doing? Legal or legal higher education (state examination or master's degree of advantage). Founded professional experience in the banking field, in a financial management company or in an auditor or consulting company in art related topics (three to five years). Knowledge of process and project implementations of legal requirements. Interest and high motivation also in operational case management. Binding handling of demanding interlocutors both inside and outside the company. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing, other languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) of advantage. High operational readiness, high reliability and model function.
