Technical project management for high-voltage grid construction – in the large-scale Neckar-Odenwald grid reinforcement project (m/f/d)

As a technical project management in the NNO project, you will be responsible for the rebuilding and rebuilding of several substations and free line installations in the rebuilding area. You will report directly to the large project management and represent them in their absence. In your role, ensure the technical integrity between the project components (supply items), prioritize the technical activities according to schedule, define the tasks and distribute them to your employees. You monitor the complete technical implementation in terms of performance, dates, costs, quality, resources and risks and opportunities. The project objectives and project information will communicate in your team and provide information flow from and towards large project management, management of commercial topics, management of project office and asset management.

You have completed your Master's Programme (Uni, FH, DH) of Electrical Engineering or a comparable subject; Alternatively, you could collect many years of professional practice in the mentioned field of work. Ideally, you will bring comprehensive experience in high-voltage and high-current technology, in particular in the field of free line and transformers, as well as in the management of technical teams. To do this, you have a PM standard (IPMA – Level B or PMI – PMP) certification or a comparable qualification and have fun in the professional guidance and guidance of an interdisciplinary project team. Personally, you are convinced by high solution orientation, decision-making and enforcement capacity to achieve the project objectives. Last but not least, you are characterized by pronounced team skills and leadership qualities, coupled with high communication security.
