Process Technician (m/w/d) Qualification and Calibration

As a process engineer (m/w/d) qualification and calibration, you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They are responsible for checking and adjusting machine performance and machine accuracy. By calibrating sensors with different measuring instruments, you ensure the product quality and ensure the safety of our airborne systems. You create and maintain the necessary documents according to GMP guidelines and agree closely with our customers from the pharmaceutical industry to have the documentation as a qualification certificate. In your interface function, you work with assembly, project management and process engineering and qualification across departments. They support customer service activities and commissioning of our pharmaceutical plants on site. For a smooth training process, you will accompany and maintain the complete machine removal in the house and our customers worldwide on site.

You have successfully completed your training as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d). They have first assembly experiences and knowledge in the fields of plant engineering and measurement and testing technology. Your MS Office skills, especially Excel, will be applied safely in practice. With your well-founded technical understanding, you can quickly and convince in your daily work with your craftsmanship as well as your independent working. They bring enthusiasm for work in an international environment, are ready for international business trips and have good knowledge of German and English. A driving licence is required for travel within Germany.
