Technical Project Manager for EW Ground Support (m/w/d) Electronic Warfare Ground Support Solutions is responsible for the design, implementation, integration and acceptance of ground support systems. These are software solutions that support our customers in the programming and verification of their electronic warfare systems. In this context, we extend existing solutions, develop new systems for our customers and drive innovations in the course of studies.

Responsibility for the development work packages of the overall system in time, cost and quality Coordination of multidisciplinary development teams (approx. 15 MA) Responsibility and implementation of the development process Ensuring constructive cooperation with the programme area and disciplines Definition of system requirements, system architecture, interface documents and system analyses Implementation of system qualification with the participation of external customer representatives Defining requirements and performance data, as well as creating specifications for the overall system and the subsystems derived therefrom Supporting the acquisition by working out customer-specific solution approaches, cost estimates and creating offers

Complete studies in the field of computer science, communications technology, electrical engineering, physics or comparable Long-standing practical experience in Systems Engineering, if possible in the field of Electronic Warfare Extensive practical experience in the technical management of complex development projects Extensive experience in the professional leadership of teams Knowledge of DOORS, Jira, Confluence EW Ground Support Experiences Structured, efficient and responsible operation Very good communication skills German and very good English skills
