Analysis of existing business processes and development of innovative solutions for our customers with a focus on funding banks (modernisation of funding applications, implementation of regulatory projects and digitization projects in in interdisciplinary teams) Creative and conceptual development of existing processes, in particular in the light of the current and future crisis ruggedness, changed customer behaviour, market development and digitalisation of the conveyor business Collection, analysis and prioritization of technical requirements Identification and implementation of regulatory requirements Adaptation of processes with a focus on customer-oriented processes and efficient use of resources to increase efficiency Participation in the design of products and the implementation of new offers and product adaptations in close coordination with partners Specification of technical solutions (technical concepts, user stories) As well as responsible participation in customer management and development of our portfolio in support banks Communication and coordination with specialist, development and other project stakeholders

Several years of professional and project experience in internal project cooperation or as a consultant in support banks with a resilient network Knowledge of specialist processes and applications within a support bank, internal control mechanisms and funding instruments Very good communication skills to develop solutions for their questions with our customers competently and at the same time Very good knowledge of the actors and their interaction in the final-to-end assessment of the performance processes of a support bank Good knowledge and project experience in current regulatory issues in support banks In addition to supporting bank experts (project) in the field of credit Good methodological knowledge in requirements management, design and project management Completed university studies of economics, business information technology or comparable Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English skills
