From now on we are looking for a Claims Manager (m/w/d) for our product dentolo (brand for tooth supplement tariffs) with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of (exclusive) 40 hours. Your place of residence should ideally be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - this is not the case, you can still apply (100 % home office possible)!

You are actively involved in designing: you support the optimization and automation of our processes in performance case management and bring ideas about how we can further improve the customer experience. You are an interface and Sparring partner: You support our colleagues in customer support for issues related to performance – and thus contribute directly to customer satisfaction. You remain flexible: In addition to the processing of performance cases, you also perform cross-functional tasks such as the phone with customers. You work in a targeted manner: Together with the team, your daily and monthly goals are achieved – with focus, structure and team spirit.

What you bring: First experience in performance case processing or billing – ideally in dental or insurance-related environments. A safe, friendly appearance and a clear, empathic communication. Structured, independent working and good time management. Secure handling of digital tools – MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you. Very good German knowledge (min. C1), English knowledge is not necessary, but helpful for our international environment. Good to know: This role is not comparable to classic jobs in the insurance environment. This is about customer centering, responsibility, technology use – and creating real impact together with an excellent team.
