Active acquisition of new refurbishment projects as well as building new customer contacts (in particular housing and real estate) Technical advice and support for existing and new customers Development and presentation of refurbishment concepts for customer appointments Creation of offers in coordination with costing, planning and construction management Support in contract negotiations until successful project completion Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in Düsseldorf Accompanying the project initiation up to the conclusion of the contract

Studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience as construction or project manager in the building Good knowledge of construction processes, costing and economic project management Experience in dealing with external stakeholders Interest in sales responsibility and active project acquisition Communication strength and secure appearance to customers
