You guide a team, manage it and recruit it and are contact:in for your teammates. You make sure they have the necessary knowledge in their area of work and promote their further development. You will set up the personnel deployment planning for your area and make sure that the hours of your team are planned according to the customer flow and availability. Ensuring competent advice to inspire your customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction is another key element of your daily business. You take care of the range selection as well as the compilation of the products for your department and take care of the best possible product availability. You analyze the economic key figures of your department including meeting your teammates and setting targets for optimization.

Profile THE BRINGS Ideally, you have a completed training or professional experience in the retail trade or you are a graduate: in a study of sports sciences/economy. We are also pleased to receive your application as a cross-release agent if you are looking for the retail or retail trade. Sports items inspire. You enjoy dealing with people.
