This is what you bring life insurance (m/w/d) as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training IT knowledge: Secure handling of the PC, especially MS Outlook and other application programs Experience: Ideally first experience in the field of expertise, especially in insurance or insurance distribution Soft skills such as: empathy and joy in contact with customers and mediators via different communication channels as well as communication strength and a service-oriented appearance Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
