At the University of Applied Sciences Fulda, at the earliest possible time in the Research & Transfer department, the job is as

REFERENCE AND DEVELOPMENT

to the extent of a 70% position, terminated according to § 14 para. 1 No. 3 TzBfG until 29.02.2028.

Your main tasks:

› Advice and support of researchers from the Fulda University of Applied Sciences in funding research and the application

› Administrative support in carrying out research projects (project controlling)

› Coordination of internal R&D tenders and events for research funding

› Support for department management and university management in strategic planning on topics related to research at Fulda University

› Dealing with the research information system

› Create statistics and reports

Your profile:

› Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent degree)

› Influential professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of research & development

› Knowledge in the field of research funding/third-party funding applications, in particular the national research funding landscape

› Ability to Conceptual Work

› Very good computer skills (MS-Office, etc.), safe handling of the Internet

› Independent, conscientious and service- and team-oriented working methods

› Time flexibility

› Ability to deal with complex situations as well as administrative and organizational work

› Very good oral and written expressability in German and English

› readiness for further qualification
