Construction and further development of the 2nd‐Line validation function for BCBS 239 / RDARR incl. Framework, methodology, test plan, KPIs and reporting paths Planning and implementation of independent validations over governance, data architecture/IT, data lineage, data quality, aggregation logic and reporting; including samples, re-performing, reconciliation and control design reviews Assessment of compliance with BCBS 239 and ECB‐RDARR guidelines; derivation of finding, severity and measures as well as follow-up of the remediation to the proof of effectiveness preparation of address-oriented validation reports and presentation of results to senior management, risk committees and supervision; Representation of the function of internal/external auditors Close cooperation with 1st line (provisions/IT) and 3rd line (interne revision); Clearing roles & responsibilities along the Three‐Lines‐of‐Defense model Further development of the validation method (qualitative/quantitative), including test program for IT changes, EUCs/End‐User-Computing, outsourcing, M&A integrations and new products Advice to strengthen Data Governance & Data Quality (e.g. Ownership, Taxonomy, DQ controls) and sustainable anchoring in policies/standards Regulatory Watch & Best Practices: Observation of supervisory priorities, thematic reviews and industry benchmarks; Detection of roadmap pulses

Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in risk management, data management, validation/testing or non-financial risk in banks or 2nd-Line functions Deep expertise on BCBS 239 / RDARR incl. Principles, scopes (Governance, Aggregation, Reporting) and common test objects (Lineage, DQ, Reconciliation, Timeliness) Trusts with European expectations (ECB Guide RDARR 05/2024) and current supervisory priorities (e.g. escalation mechanisms, target images, implementation programmes) Tested Audit/Validation Skills: Test Design, Sample Methods, Evidence Management, Root-Cause Analysis, Closure of Findings and Effectiveness Tests Knowledge of data and IT architectures (data models, interfaces, metadata, EUCs) and bank-related sources (e.g. COREP/FINREP, ICAAP, risk reports) Strong communication and stakeholder skills via specialist/IT to board; Experience in 3LoD collaboration and interaction with testers/visibility Academic background (economic, STEM, risk management, business informatics, etc.); Additional qualifications in Data Governance/Risk Languages & Tools: Very good German/English; safe to use DQ/Lineage tools and common analysis/reporting stacks (e.g. SQL/BI) desirable
