As a process manager for Business Central at Labelident, you are responsible for the optimization and control of our business processes that are depicted in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. You are crucial to ensuring that our processes work smoothly and are continually improved. The analysis, modelling and optimization of business processes in the ERP system Business Central are the focus. Your focus is on the standard use of the system, as far as it is possible and reasonable, while you constantly keep in mind the innovations that the standard brings. You identify potential for improvement and implement appropriate measures. The coordination and implementation of projects for process optimization is in your hands. To collect the requirements and implement solutions, you work closely with different departments. You ensure data quality and process optimization. You are responsible for the training and support of users when using Business Central. The monitoring and reporting of process performance as well as the continuous development and adaptation of the ERP system are your tasks.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in the use of Business Central and optimally in process management. You bring well-founded knowledge in the analysis of business processes and experience in project management and coordination. Your strengths include very good analytical and conceptual skills, communication skills and work in the team. High IT affinity and technical understanding as well as a proactive and solution-oriented manner complete your profile.
