Responsibility for managing the Bad Salzuflen site Professional leadership, motivation and further development of employees at the site Acquisition of construction projects in the regional market Ensuring the time, cost and quality of all construction projects Contract and follow-up management to contracting entities and subcontractors Care and development of customer and authorities contacts Support in costing and offering processing for new projects Ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards Close cooperation with the department management of road construction and management as well as other locations of Eiffage Infra-West

Complete study of civil engineering or comparable technical training (e.g. master / technician) Multiannual professional experience in road and civil engineering Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced negotiation skills, cost and earnings awareness Management personality with communication strength and enforcement capability Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Knowledge of building law, calculation and project management User knowledge in the field of constructional calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO as well as experienced handling of MS Office programs driving licence class B
