Planning of personnel requirements, creation of personnel plans and technical and disciplinary management of the department including support for employee development derivation and implementation of the department strategy in line with industrial engineering objectives as well as control of projects to increase efficiency, automation and digitization Responsibility for work, machine and personnel deployment planning, timely order implementation and optimization of surface production processes under ergonomic, technical and economic aspects Implementation of annual investment and budget planning, monitoring of cost center planning and monthly accounts monitoring process key figures such as throughput times, setup times, timeliness and quality as well as introduction of targeted improvement measures; central contact person for specialist areas, subcontractors and quality checkpoints Implementation of risk assessments, compliance with environmental requirements and legal, operational and collective regulations Management of educational needs planning, organisation of cross-departmental training and targeted promotion of employee competencies Organization and moderation of Shopfloor Management Level 2 meetings, reporting, as well as coordination of manufacturing changes and close exchange with industrial engineering, manufacturing planning, purchasing, supply chain, quality and development

Completed technical or commercial training, training as master/technician, technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with management experience Knowledge of production, assembly, engine and engine construction and related manufacturing technologies Secure handling of SAP and all common office tools Experience with Lean Methods like Shopfloor Management, 5S and Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) Outstanding leadership competence, communication strength, enforcing ability and sense of responsibility Analytical skills, team skills, empathy, resilience, innovation joy, readiness to change and high organisational skills and self-employment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; reliable knowledge of English; aim-oriented action for the successful implementation of tasks
