Team Leader Driving Service

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a team leader:in Driving Service (w/m/d) for the BVR Busverkehr Rheinland GmbH at the Stolberg site. Your tasks: As a responsible team leader and OE manager, you are responsible for the operation of your assigned jobs Discipline and professional guidance as well as support for the driving personnel in Stolberg and other deployment sites and implementation of a safe operation according to BO-Kraft and according to contractual requirements of the client Monitoring the compliance or implementation of the statutory regulations (BOKraft, StVZO, EG-VO, ArbZG, etc.) and the Group Rules Participation in strategic personnel planning and production controlling as well as in new settings for driving personnel as well as coordination of operation and production processes incl. Test services, operational controls, money security, vehicle cleaning etc Participation in the performance of driving services in the event of special traffic and disturbances in the operation Ensure customer-specific training of the driving personnel
