Events You are central contact for our event guests and accompany them from the first request to the event. You plan, organize and coordinate all events at Hotel Bareiss, at our Forellenhof Buhlbach, the Wanderhütte Sattelei and our Morlokhof – from the request to the successful implementation. You agree with the respective requirements and procedures with the relevant colleagues from service, kitchen, reception and children's programme and ensure smooth cooperation. You create event documents, keep dates and procedures in mind and accompany events on site if necessary. Holiday program & guest support You plan and organize our holiday and event program with theme weeks, hiking programs, cooking seminars and seasonal events. You accompany program points personally, serve our guests and take into account individual guest wishes. You create the daily and weekly programs and maintain the content of our Bareiss app. You coordinate daily live music and coordinate with our musicians.

Experience in hospitality and gastronomy, tourism, event management or in a comparable position Embossed organizational design and a structured, independent working Joy in shaping events and special guest experiences Warm, sovereign and service-oriented appearance Creativity, initiative and high quality standards Good knowledge of English; French knowledge is advantageous driving licence class B
