Preparing and running the basic business negotiations for the new and expansion of the motorway Creation and conclusion of building permits and administrative arrangements and compensation agreements, including rules on property related damages Preparing and participating in early ownership and expropriation procedures Design of notary contracts and participation in complaints Applications for and participation in official final surveys and calculation of evidence of continuation Represent the interests of the owner in case of participation in industrial cleaning procedures Managing the properties of the Federal Railway Administration

Completed degree as a Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/ Bachelor (w/m/d) of the Department of Agriculture, Administration or Forestry or as a Dipl. -Jurist (w/m/d) or professional experience acquired equivalent suitability Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) in word and writing Class B driving licence and the readiness to provide services outside the usual working time

That would be desirable: Experience in this area Knowledge in GE/Office or a comparable basic and/or property programme

Payment group: up to E11 Remuneration takes place up to the above-mentioned remuneration group.
