This is the job: Responsible care, roll out and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape Project planning including time, resource and cost management Coordination, monitoring and support of implementation in participating companies abroad Continuous testing and optimization of the applied processes System-Ownership – Contact for all questions about SuccessFactors from employees, executives and HR Data acquisition from HR systems in SF Own implementation of workshops with HR and other departments Administrative and operational personnel work to know and implement processes optimally

That's what you bring: At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel work and project experience Very good understanding of IT systems and knowledge of various HR systems SAP SuccessFactors knowledge of great advantage Very good German and English knowledge of word and writing Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence, organisational ability and flexibility Reliability, sense of responsibility and trusting handling of sensitive data An independent, very careful operation and high self-initiative Planning and enforcement assets as well as strategic orientation combined with operational skills
