Flow Lead / Leitung Leitstand - E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the release of orders, wave planning and prioritization. Ensuring compliance with shipping SLAs and carrier departure times. Dynamic allocation and management of personnel resources based on current business requirements and residual situations. Identification of operational risks, technical disorders (e.g. conveyor engineering or sorting system disorders) and process deviations. Introduction and coordination of immediate countermeasures together with the operational executives. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant indicators such as throughput rates, personnel productivity and ageing. Close cooperation with Shift Leads, Warehouse Operations Managers and Transport, IT and Maintenance. Support in planning peak phases. Implementation of improvement measures to increase productivity, quality and process efficiency. Ensuring compliance with work safety, quality and process standards (SOPs).

Completed studies or completed vocational training in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business management, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in high-volume warehouse and logistics operations, filling centers or contract logistics. Detectable experience in the leadership of teams or employees. Knowledge of intralogistics, capacity planning and operational performance management. Comprehensive experience in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems. Experiences with automated conveying and material flow technology (MHE) are advantageous. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau or basic SQL skills is beneficial. Impressed organizational capacity. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability. High loadability and safe working in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Ready to work in shift operation.
