Sales Manager Development Program (m/w/d)

As part of the 12-month incorporation, we will prepare you intensively to take over leadership tasks in a sales area of about 5 to 7 branches. As a sales manager (m/w/d), you work in a motivated team and ensure a smooth running with regard to organisation, planning, revision and personnel. No limits are set for the rise to further hierarchical levels within our company, as we occupy these positions primarily with our own leadership growth. Feedback talks take place at regular intervals. The further development will then be discussed together.
