As Consultant Taxes (m/w/d), you are directly responsible for private equity infrastructure and real estate funds in all facets of international transactions. Project variety: From due diligence to expert sessions to structuring, tax modeling and SPA review from a German tax perspective. Communication: You are a key player for fund managers: both in and for deal teams in the course of tax due diligence checks (buy- and sell-side). Tax advice: In the case of acquisition and sales structuring, contract negotiations (e.g. Review tax clauses) and international tax planning, you are in demand. Implementation: In the project work, you will work with company-internal restructurings, including implementation, as well as tax-optimal financing. Knowledge transfer: For international business purchases and restructurings, you exchange with the specialist:in other specialist areas and foreign offices.

Completion in law or economics or a commercial training with further qualification, in addition a successful tax consultant exam expert in German and international tax law Management experience, entrepreneurial in thinking and acting, systematic and solution-oriented in project work Joy of direct communication and German and English very well in word and writing
