Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Quality Engineer (w/m/div.) for AI-based Lessons Learned & Knowledge Management, bridge builders operate between quality, IT and data science. In this function, you are not only responsible for the Lessons Learned Process, but also for the development and integration of AI solutions that help us make more effective use of our collective knowledge. The continuous improvement and validation of the AI models will be ensured by you in cooperation with mt Data Scientists and specialist experts. AI models for automated analysis of error reports, production data, sensor data, 8D reports and other quality-relevant information are designed and implemented by you. You guide and moderate Lessons Learned Workshops and train employees to use AI-based tools and understand the generated insights. The acquired knowledge is stored by you in such a way that it can be analyzed by means of AI-based methods. You communicate AI-based Lessons Learned and Best Practices to relevant stakeholders. and promote a data and AI-based quality culture throughout the plant.

Education: completed technical studies (e.g. engineering, computer science, data science, physics, material science) or comparable qualification Experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in quality assurance/quality management, ideally in semiconductor production or a comparable high-tech environment, well-founded knowledge and practical experience with the Lessons Learned Process and methods of error analysis, proven experience in the field of artificial intelligence/machine learning (e.g. data analysis, model development, implementation) and understanding of their application in industrial contexts Personality: cooperative and communicative, team-capable, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, conflictable Operation: responsible, structured, independent, interdisciplinary, customer-oriented
