The internship combines two main areas: sustainability and legal framework. With the Ambition 2039, the Mercedes Benz Group consistently pursues a holistic approach to decarbonization: By 2039, the entire Mercedes-Benz new-vehicle fleet will be carbon-neutral across all value-added levels and the entire life cycle. Not only our vehicles, but also our sales locations make an essential contribution. At Resort Marketing & Sales we support our dealers on this path – through data-based control, clear communication and innovative tools. Our focus is on optimising processes and using innovative technologies to simplify the complexity of contract and document management and to ensure compliance with legal requirements. These challenges include: You support data query, validation and data Baselining for our own sales locations and the global sales locations of our global dealer network

You prepare communication documents and guidelines for our global dealer network – with the aim of communicating complex content in a comprehensible and motivating manner

You will get space to test new tools and evaluate their practical skills in the retail environment – an environment that combines creative ideas and technical curiosity

Sustainability and reporting are dynamic topics – you work in an environment that is agile, forward-looking and interdisciplinary

You support the analysis and optimization of processes in the context of legal framework conditions for our dealer network

You will work with the design and improvement of workflows for the management of contracts that regulate cooperation with our sales partners

You evaluierst potentials and support the implementation of digital solutions and AI-based tools to simplify and increase efficiency in contract and document management

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, International Business Studies, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

High competence to independently create targeted presentations

Very good Excel knowledge to edit complex calculations and data collections
