Dual study programme in Business Administration – Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) (m/f/d)

Your training During the first 2.5 out of 4 years, you will complete both your studies and the training as a building cleaner (m/w/d). The following tasks await you: comprehensive insights into the professional building cleaning (door cleaning, glass cleaning, basic and special cleaning, maintenance cleaning) Cleaning of different surfaces and areas Assessment of types of pollution proper application of cleaning, disinfecting and care products Handling of different cleaning devices and machines Your dual study In the dual study BWL – Management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (BHH), you combine business theory with intensive practical experience in our company. During your practice phases, you will get to know different areas, for example: Sales and customer management Business organization and administration Project and quality management Operational processes in building management Commercial management of a service company This gives you a comprehensive insight into the leadership and organisation of a medium-sized company. From the 3rd year of your dual study (after completion of your training), you will be employed in the commercial sector. There you can link your practical knowledge from training with business content and take on more and more responsible tasks.
